Myth: Don't charge your phone until battery is completely dead
Truth: Better to charge your device everyday than deep charging it.

Nowdays, lithium-ion batteries are used in Apple and Samsung to  generate more battery life when they are charged. If these batteries are constantly left to rust to 0 percent, they become unstable and every time it runs out of juice, one cycle looses out. Remember, batteries have charging cycles.
